Shipping Policy

Deliveries go out Monday through Wednesday to avoid delays over the weekend. If there is a holiday on Monday, we will ship on Wednesday since the Tuesday after a holiday is typically busy and can create mixups at the shipping company. No deliveries will go out if there is extreme weather either from point of origin or destination. Shipping will resume once weather is safe for the animals. Live arrival guarantee is only valid with overnight shipping. If there is a problem, it is the recipient’s responsibility to make direct contact within 2 hours with proof of condition or LAG is invalid. In the event there is a problem with the animal, a replacement will be provided with shipping cost being the recipient’s responsibility.
